When your package reaches our warehouse, we weigh and measure it and confirm the cost to ship it to you. Once payment is made, your package is shipped out the next working day and you are provided with a tracking number that enables you to track your package via the courier company’s website.
OCEAN FREIGHT (CARIBBEAN ONLY)
Need to ship large items like car engines and other large auto parts, entire vehicles, appliances, and furniture to the Caribbean? Then use our affordable and reliable ocean freight service. We arrange the shipment of boxes, crates, barrels, pallets, vehicles, plant and equipment, and full containers from the UK to almost every Caribbean territory.
We can also collect items from suppliers’ locations in mainland UK if necessary. Other related services include repackaging and crating for export. Freight insurance can be included at an extra surcharge.

CONCIERGE SHOPPING
If you do not have a credit card or the online retailer does not accept your credit card, you can use our concierge service where we buy the items for you. Note that you will be required to make an advance cash payment (in British pounds) to us to cover the cost of the item(s) plus a small processing fee.
